Deepak Chandak, Founder partner

Proficiency:
Deepak has a strong hold on Income tax, GST, Internal, Statutory & Re-assessment Audit and Assurance. His expertise is to understand the businesses of various clients and secure them in financial planning, upgrade their business model, statutory compliance, etc. He has represented clients before various Revenue authorities in matters of assessments, investigations, appeals and recently GST Advance ruling and GST Appellate authorities.
He is also consultant to Co-operative Banks, Charitable Trusts, and Government Institutions in areas of taxation and Audit. He is the Convenor for Pune Camp CA Study Circle and was also associated with Pune Deccan CA Study Circle. Deepak is also a faculty for GST in Savitribai Phule Pune University. He has addressed seminars on GST laws and Trust Act. Deepak has also represented all India ICAI and Pune ICAI in various Cricket tournaments. Besides acing in cricket, he also loves to play Chess & Carrom.

Anand Zanwar is the co-founder of the firm representing the Solapur branch. He has an expertise in the field of Direct Tax, GST, audit & assurance. Anand also has a wide experience in managing client engagements in areas of Statutory Compliances; Financial Planning; Project Finance; Setting up of New Entities; bank Audits. He has represented these clients before various Revenue authorities in matters of assessments, investigations, and appeals. While he’s not engaged with clients, Anand loves to play a game of badminton.

Veena Chandak is the co-founder of the firm with 15 years standing in the profession. Veena has wide experience in the field of equity research, portfolio management, financial planning and mutual fund advisory services.
She has also served as a CFO for the mid sized organisations in IT and retail industries.
Veena is passionate about travelling. In her free time, she loves to swim and play badminton.
